Psycho-analysis online or on site in Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes).
If you are upset, there is always a reason.
Feelings can change quickly: sadness, boredom, disgust, disappointment, impatience, anger.
Symptoms make sense.
Your body may also be trying to tell you something: back pain, joint pain, infections, recurring injuries. Headaches, stomachaches, irritations. Chronic fatigue, eating disorders, mood swings.
Some words to look out for: I can’t keep on like this, I don’t know what to do, I can’t take it anymore, it’s too much for me.
Too much is a cry for help. Here you are, unable to contain the anxiety: the doubt of losing the battle against overwhelming sadness, the terror of being alone, the worry of past and future mistakes, the panic of losing control, the apprehension of too much change or no change at all, the fear of not being able to cope.
The good thing is it doesn’t have to be that way.
Online (video) and on site analysis
I am here to listen.
Together, we will draw up a personalised plan: the number of sessions, whether they are remote or face-to-face in my office (Antibes, quartier de l’Ilette) , the terms and conditions and a fee that suits your financial situation.
Psychoanalysis is a path that can be both challenging and amazing, often leading you to unexpected destinations.
Along the way you’ll discover new perspectives and rediscover familiar places. Your outlook is bound to evolve as you delve deeper into a better understanding of yourself. After all, this journey is uniquely yours.
We can spend a lifetime searching for ourselves, striving for happiness, and still not hit the mark. However, there’s no curse preventing us from living a good life.
Epictetus said: « Men are disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them. »
Yes, you may have to risk shifting your perspective in order to be happy.
Initially, it’s about reconciling with our past. Then we must find our footing in the present to enhance our daily lives, here and now. Ultimately, it’s about infusing our existence with purpose and meaning.
About me
I’ve been on this journey too, and I continue to explore its many paths within the Association of European Psychoanalysts. We focus on embracing a modern, creative, and inclusive approach to psychoanalysis, one that aims to weave the unconscious and imaginative aspects into everyday life, promoting a more harmonious relationship with our world.
In my practice, I’m driven by my love of diversity and other cultures, inspired by my work as a translator and my academic background in philosophy. I am also curious about human geography, anthropology, ethnology, and mythology.
